Cruises are the hottest way to travel nowadays. And, contrary to what you might believe, cruising is not only reserved for old couples looking for new ways to spend their retirement money. I’ve been on a handful of cruises now and they continue to blow me away! I mean, they’re basically cities on water at this point - at least Royal Caribbeans’s ships feel this way.
Jokes aside, going on a cruise is an excellent way to make the most out of your vacation. Look at it this way, with a single booking, you’re taking care of your accommodation, food, and entertainment for the remainder of your journey. You don’t have to think about finding the most suitable hotel or worry about pinpointing the best food joints in your neighborhood. A cruise is a sweet deal, and most people, myself included, just love the value it can provide!

Let’s face it - good food is half of the vacation (really that number is closer to 80% for me, if we’re being really honest). Or maybe you’re like me and basically start drooling anytime someone mentions Italian or Japanese cuisine? Whatever your heart desires, Royal Caribbean will deliver (quite literally too, because room service is very much a thing!) And rest assured, your morning vanilla latte awaits you at your local sea Starbucks!
My absolute favorite from my cruise aboard Royal Caribbean’s Navigator of the Seas was celebrity chef Jamie Oliver’s specialty restaurant, Jamie’s Italian. The pasta was fresh and authentic (the tagliatelle bolognese is what dreams are made of), the garlic bread was mouth-watering and perfect for mopping up pasta sauce, and the cured meat plank is just absolute perfection. This meal alone would have made my cruise worth while. Yes, I’m serious. Yes, you need to try Jamie’s Italian. Your girl does not play when it comes to talking about food.
4. Amazing Deals.
One of the best things about cruising is how affordable it can be. Once you do the math and realize how much you actually spend on your usual vacations, it’s pretty easy to see that booking an all-inclusive cruise like my recent one with Royal Caribbean is very much within your budget. Not to mention that some last-minute deals go up to 70% off, so you can travel like royalty without actually breaking the bank.

This is by far my top reason to book a cruise with Royal Caribbean! Who needs to desperately go on a vacation?
